Lead onboarding and training programs aligned with SWI/SOP standards; promote cross-training and succession planning to build a flexible workforce.
Drive safety performance as a measurable KPI (TRIR, OSHA, Lost Time, Near Miss) and monitor operational KPIs such as uptime, downtime, takt time, scrap, yield, and manpower.

Bend, cut, bundle and load reinforcing steel bars in accordance with customer's orders.
Basic Job Functions:
-Must adhere to Nucor's safety programs and standards.
