Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces
Driving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)
Attending safety meetings
Performing routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment
Preparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards
Documenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification

Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions

Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions

is located at our Dry Fork Station location in Gillette, WY.** Responsible for learning the basic principles of power plant operations, attending and operating equipment, keeping the plant site clean, and performing tasks and services, as needed.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
+ Assist in operating the coal and water treatment systems.
+ Operate mobile equipment, as required.
+ Operate a vacuum truck.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain records/logs on equipment operated.
+ Check fluid levels, change oil/filters, lubricate, and maintain fuel levels on all equipment operated. Report all equipment problems to the supervisor, as required.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Associate's degree in power plant technology program, process technology program; or

+ Completion of the Utility Operator qualification program within 90 days of implementation.
+ A valid driver's license.
**PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**
This position requires constant standing/walking; frequent sitting and lifting/carrying up to 75 pounds; and occasional bending/reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and use of keyboard/computer. Equipment used include hand, power, and pneumatic tools; skid steer loader; forklift; motor vehicles; ladders; jackhammers; manlifts; and power lifts. Finger dexterity, hand coordination, the ability to speak, good hearing, and color vision are required. Working conditions frequently include noise and electrical risks; and occasionally extreme heat/cold, dirt/dust, fumes, chemicals, vibration, and poor ventilation. This position occasionally may be required to work in confined areas and at heights up to 300 feet, which requires the use of safety equipment, including a harness, in accordance with ANSI Z359 standards. This position must be respirator qualified.

Specific Role: We're looking for a skilled and dependable Panel Bender Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at EMIT Technologies. In this role, you'll operate and maintain our panel bender to produce high-quality components that meet precise specifications. You'll work hands-on to ensure every part is formed accurately, efficiently, and to EMIT's high standards for performance and safety.
Key Accountabilities:
* Operate the panel bender to meet daily production schedules and output goals
* Ensure all finished products meet EMIT's quality and dimensional standards
* Organize and label completed manufacturing orders (MOs), transferring finished work to pallets
* Accurately maintain job status in OSEON to support production flow and traceability
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Qualifications:
* Previous experience operating press brakes, panel benders, or similar forming equipment preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn new manufacturing technologies
Physical & Safety Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly
* Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an entire shift
* Always use applicable PPE
* Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials

Job Duties:
Read, interpret, follow and understand standard work, blueprints and machine drawings
Safely and efficiently drill, tap, shear and perform other machining operations using both NC and CNC equipment
Safely and efficiently brake, bend, and form metal using various manual NC and CNC equipment
Operate electric, hydraulic and air activated hand tools (wrenches, impact drivers, grinders, DA sander, etc.)
Perform daily preventative maintenance and cleaning of work cells, machines and equipment
Monitor product quality of packaged product to ensure compliance to standards and specifications
Moving raw and in process materials to work cells and inventory locations
Use basic mathematic skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and fractions
Efficiently use standard and precision measuring equipment (tape measurer & calipers)
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust to sudden work pattern or schedule changes
Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift driver qualification (preferred)
Safety Oriented
Problem Solving / Troubleshooting / Analysis Skills
Extreme attention to detail working with precision measurements
Ability to work in a team environment
