Maintain all gas, liquid and steam flows, pressures, levels and temperatures within parameters and in a safe and efficient manner. Engage in the necessary operations for placing heaters, coolers, boilers, turbines, water treatment and other equipment in service and removing them from service, maintaining proper sequence in so doing and checking and recording indicating instruments, gauges and meters and other such equipment and make necessary adjustments before it is placed in operation.
