Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality custom oligo-containing products in a high-throughput manufacturing lab according to established SOPs. Works in the field to reduce hang time, reduce queue time to keep trucks moving by directing people and equipment movements where required. Development: Set up and maintain traffic management in all work areas to be complaint to PLS procedures and aligns with industry standards. Monitor and maintain road signage and delineation, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and proper storage. Ensuring drill pattern compliance for windrow heights for separation to HME and pit edges. Ensuring drill pattern floors are suitable for drilling and blast personnel on foot. Ensuring drill and blast access ways are positioned to minimise vehicle interaction. Liaising with Geo Techs to ensure final walls are scaled to a high standard with no rework. Managing the rock breaker movements between the ROM and in pit. Facilitate and execute projects such as new haul road construction, go lines, fuel bays, land clearing, walking the LUC with operators, topsoil relocation.
