Required Qualifications: * Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Automation, or related technical field; or equivalent experience. * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role with exposure to automation systems. * Hands-on experience with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, or similar platforms). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and robotic programming code. * Proficient in problem-solving tools such as root cause analysis, 5 Whys, or Fishbone diagrams. * Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments. * Flexible to work different shifts or weekends to support production needs. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with PLCs, CNC machines, and vision-guided robotic systems. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards. * Competency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (ERP, MES, HMI interfaces). Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. * Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, robotics, and varying temperatures.
