This role supports daily manufacturing operations, including secondary processing, deburring, assembly, packaging, equipment upkeep, and quality control. Pull kegs from cooler, verify code dates and load kegs for delivery using WMS systems and scanners. Build, stack, and secure pallets to ensure safe and accurate transport of goods. Load trucks according to driver load sheets; ensure accuracy, secure placement, and proper stacking of pallets and kegs. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure correct product, proper placement, and compliance with loading standards. Notify Supervisor if any product weights need verified/corrected. Audit pallets that fail the quality control process and report on load integrity and accuracy nightly. Operate pallet wrapping equipment in the QC area. Address any equipment faults that may occur.
