Environmental Conditions of the position: The Fertilizer Team member works both inside and occasionally outside the warehouse. This position is located in a warehouse that is neither heated nor air-conditioned and so the Fertilizer Team member should dress appropriately. Work clothes will often get soiled when handling boxes and products that are often dusty and soiled.
Work Schedule. Generally, team members will work M-F, 5:00 AM. The normal workday is 8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch period and two 15-minute paid breaks. During busy periods, overtime will be required, including weekends and evenings.
