Dispense or repackage chemicals based on Production Orders:
-Collect the necessary equipment, lab apparatus, and containers to perform the work.
-Conduct necessary quality and quantity control checks to ensure complete and total accuracy of chemicals being packaged.
-Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of packaging process for correctness. Report all discrepancies to supervisor.
-Manually or through machines dispense or repackage the chemicals with the required accuracy
-Measure quantities of chemicals via laboratory apparatus for liquids, powders, and solids.
Safely and efficiently clean lab apparatus and equipment return to appropriate storage locations.
Stack finished products onto skids either individually or boxed. Move products throughout warehouse through the use of pallet jacks, cart, or hand truck.
Organize work to efficiently and accurately produce multiple Production Orders at the same time
Record work order information via computer such as production process time and date packaged.
Use computer and/or scanning gun to create labels for finished products. Mark items with the appropriate Flinn Item # when necessary.

The Machine Operator may be assigned to the embossing, sealing, or inspection departments to support the needs of the business. In this role, you will be assigned to 3rd shift, Monday - Friday 11:00PM - 7:30AM. Training for this position will take place on 1st Shift. The Production Technician is responsible for the set up, functionality and troubleshooting of packaging equipment while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. Opportunities are available on either day or night shift.
Follow company work and safety policies and instructions
Ensure necessary equipment/tools are present upon start of shift
Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure product quality
Fill out production logs to document the day's activities
Cleaning and sanitizing packaging equipment
Perform weekly preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
Set-up packaging equipment and perform changeovers for various products
Continuously monitor the performance of packaging equipment
Abide by safety standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
Report food safety and food quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required. Preference will be given to candidates with technical training or technical certifications.

IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering excellence to our customers. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for Production Assembly Associates to work in teams to assemble products for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning assembly procedures by following specifications of order.
Using hand tools or small machinery, drills, taps, bolts, screws or rivets to assemble product.
Testing or assisting to test operation of completed product.
Lifting work piece manually or using hoist and securing work piece in a fixture.
Inspecting and measuring product to verify conformance to specifications.
Contributing to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.
Qualified Applicants must possess the following skills and abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrated positive work ethic.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour.
