Key Responsibilities:

Conduct facility sanitation in accordance with cGMP guidelines and company cleaning schedules.
Handle and dispose of hazardous waste following 6-CCR 1007-3 Part 262 protocols.
Maintain compliance with all personnel hygiene, handwashing, and PPE requirements to ensure personal and peer safety.
Participate in required training including HAZWOPER 40, facility contingency plans, emergency protocols, and biannual hazardous waste handling refreshers.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with lab equipment such as rotary evaporators, flow pumps, vacuum pumps, fluid heaters/chillers, cryo-freezers, incubators, and falling film evaporators.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum 2 years of chemical processing experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate, detailed records.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience working in a cGMP environment.
Good Documentation Practices (GDP) experience.

The Role
FoodMaven is seeking a Production Operator who is interested in getting in on the ground level of an exciting startup with a big mission. The Production Operator will be responsible for running multiple pieces of equipment to produce meat products as well as assist with packaging the product.
Key Responsibilities include:
Run meat processing equipment to include dicers, grinders and patty makers.
Operate packaging equipment to include Cryovac and Multivac machines.
Performs equipment maintenance tasks (PM'S, Troubleshoot, repair, etc.), where applicable.
QC all products to ensure that quality is being maintained daily.
Maintain accurate production documentation as required.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with all facets of meat production.
Must be able to communicate production status, communicate problems to proper personnel and understand how it affects other aspects of the operation.
Ability to properly follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments.
Ability to work in a temperature controlled (cold) environment for long periods of time.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Familiarity with meat production equipment, specifically grinders, patty makers, custom butcher cuts, dicing and packaging to include Cryovac and Multivac machines.

About the RoleAs a Production Technician, you're a member of a production crew, reporting to the leader of an assigned production area. Minimum Qualifications
