What you will do: As a Production Operator - Assembler you will build a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and components for use in the aerospace industry. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment which includes injection molding, masking, painting, touch-up work and inspection. Previous experience in a packaging or production environment is a plus. Experience designing and changing processes and procedures to increase quality and productivity is preferred. Experience with multiple pieces of equipment in the packaging, food, or beverage industry strongly preferred, but will consider technical aptitude in lieu of experience. Experience with mixing using established recipes is preferred, but will train the right applicant. Knowledge of scales and adjusting recipes based on production needs is preferred, but not required. This is not a typical assembly or repair role; we need a true problem-solver with deep technical knowledge who can diagnose intricate issues at a component level. What You Will Do Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Independently perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex functional test failures on electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This includes diagnosing issues down to the component level (e.g., resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits). Root Cause Analysis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of failures, rather than just replacing parts.
