Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with other operators, engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth and safe operations. Assist in the training and development of less experienced operators. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. An associate degree or relevant technical training is preferred. T-2 and Crane Certifications Experience in oil and gas production, preferably in an offshore or industrial environment. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass physical fitness, drug, and background screenings. Offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET/HUET) are typically required or must be obtained upon hiring.
