Job Summary:
As the Epic Inpatient Orders Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting Epic Inpatient Orders application and associated third party applications, this would include working with Inpatient Providers, Nursing and Clinical Ancillary teams. Facilitating specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will identify opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and creating innovative solutions with operations. You will foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.
What you will do:
Under general supervision, facilitate the use of technology by the end-user and ensures systems are performing at more efficient levels.
Designs and documents application changes and new features or defects in application area assigned.

What you will need:
Education: Associate degree with 1 year previous experience in IT or relevant user experience OR
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT experience or relevant user experience.
Certification: Current Epic appl certification in minimum of one Epic application. Preferred: Epic Inpatient Orders, Order Transmittal, Bugsy Certification
Experience: listed above, preference for 2+ years of experience in healthcare setting in addition.
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Able to communicate and translate complex technical terms into understandable simple terms for all customer groups.
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting, possess good verbal, written & customer service skills.
Advanced knowledge of procedures, utilities, and operating systems.
Uses logic and methods to problem solve.
Utilizes effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with minimum to moderate assistance.

The HX (Human Experience) Solution Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive and impactful dashboards and data views that provide actionable insights into the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate complex data into clear, visually compelling narratives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build and configure world class reporting dashboards and visualizations on PG Forsta's Human Experience (HX) platform
Integrating data from multiple sources to create a cohesive view of the customer journey
Use data visualization and graphic design to tell a story
As a member of the Product team, work in collaboration with Product Managers, Delivery and SMEs to understand user needs and develop reporting views that solve problems and give a full understanding of the data
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for dashboards, including data sources, calculations, and key metrics.
Continuously iterating on dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs
Conducting thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all builds to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal functionality.
Providing training and guidance to internal teams on using and interpreting dashboards.
Work with the Sales team on development of technical presentations, and Product Marketing to ensure representation of best-practice dashboards in marketing materials.
Member of the Product team reporting to Director or VP, Product.

Qualifications
3-5 years previous work experience in a similar role
Working knowledge with Jscript /JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Confirmit platforms and/or other comparable product experience
Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
Ability to work as part of a multifunctional team.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Familiarity with UX principles and a passion for improving human experiences through data-driven insights.
Preferred but not required:
Knowledge or experience with hospitals/healthcare, employee experience, payer or health plan, or overall consumer experience
Experience in working with data manipulation and process with different data formats (e.g. SPSS, CSV, Triple S, etc.)
Proficiency in working with large datasets and data sources, including experience with SQL, relational databases, and data extraction.
Experience with data manipulation and transformation using tools like Excel, Python, or R.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $85000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
