Maintain the integrity and configuration of the ERP to support business critical processes

Mission of the Role
As the North America Pioneer Systems Leader, you will own the strategy, user experience, business process execution, and overall cohesiveness of the systems that power Pioneer's direct route-to-market in North America. Partner closely across Commercial and with IT/external vendors to ensure commercial strategy is executable with the systems and capabilities in place. Lead and develop a team of product owners for the key systems in this portfolio.
In this role, you will engage with a diverse network of stakeholders and collaborators to drive strategic outcomes across the Commercial Systems portfolio. Key partners include Pioneer Marketing, the Pioneer Business Services Leader, Sales Support, and Master Data teams. You will work closely with NA Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), IT Product Owners, and both regional and global Commercial Systems teams, as well as FS&D Leadership. Core collaboration also extends to the Digital & Commercial Solutions team and your direct reports within the Commercial Systems portfolio, ensuring alignment and execution across initiatives.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Stakeholder Communications: Own the cadence of updates and forums with North American and global stakeholders-covering portfolio strategy, development and delivery, value realization, and ad-hoc business needs.
Portfolio Management: Direct the Pioneer direct-route systems product family; ensure product roadmaps add up to a seamless end-to-end user experience across transactional and agronomy workflows. Collaborate with IT to align priority demand and drive delivery.
Transformational Programs: Lead multi-year, high-impact systems transformation initiatives within your product family-delivering measurable value to field, sales support, and customers across upcoming selling seasons.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the Pioneer systems portfolio, proactively ensuring business continuity, stability, and reliability, while leading the resolution of escalations and high-impact issues to maintain seamless effectiveness across all workflows.
Budget & Value Realization: Invest the annual portfolio budget efficiently balancing delivery, technical debt, and long-term total cost of ownership while tracking value outcomes.
People Leadership: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product owners; drive performance management cycles and growth for each team member.
Qualifications (What You'll Need to Succeed)
Proven success leading enterprise product portfolios or complex commercial systems in a matrixed environment, with clear user-experience and business-process outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to set strategy and translate it into roadmaps and delivered value across transactional and agronomy-adjacent tools used by field and sales support teams.
Track record of cross-functional leadership with IT and vendor partners (from demand intake through delivery), and of portfolio budget management balancing delivery and technical debt.
People leadership experience building high-performing teams of product owners or product managers.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
Experience in direct route-to-market models (e.g., commission-based agencies) and the systems that support forecasting, inventory, pricing/programs, commissions/settlement, and rep/employee selling tools.

As a Lead NetSuite Developer on the Financial Systems team, you will build and maintain on Toast's ERP platform (NetSuite). You will be responsible for developing on the NetSuite platform, from internal scripting to extending the platform via APIs. You will participate in script development, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, process engineering & creating searches and reports. You'll also work closely with the Billing, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and to maintain and enhance the functionality of various financial systems, helping maximize the organization's benefit.

Develop/maintain the Toast ERP implementation on NetSuite (including designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations and customizations), and other related third-party business applications that integrate for internal users
Provide robust solutions to current and future problems with performance and scalability at the forefront.
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools/applications, and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
Responsible for change management for Finance applications within Business Systems.
Design, implement, and maintain third-party software connections and integrations to NetSuite to support various business needs
Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc
Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the ERP platform
Monitor end-user usage of systems, track performance, and ensure external integrations comply with governance limits
Participate in code reviews and solution proposals with other NetSuite engineers
Partner with product managers on identifying solutions and fine-tuning product requirements to build for the future

5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development and configuration across NetSuite modules (L2C, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AR, FA, AP) and third-party integrations in complex environments
Expert-level knowledge of scripting, roles, permissions, custom objects, and workflows
In-depth knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1 / WebServices, OneWorld, SQL, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.
Experience and knowledge of supply chain components, such as kits, assemblies, bins, and serial numbers
3+ years working with REST and/or NetSuite WebServices
Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite)
A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
Experience with SDF and GIT
Excellent version control, QA skills, and attention to detail

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
