Required Knowledge, Experience or Licensure/Registration * Doctorate Degree - REQUIRED * Board Certified REQUIRED * Must possess an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Ohio at time of application * At least 5+ years of experience as a psychiatric provider * Ability to work with both adult and youth/child populations Required * Experience in telemedicine - Preferred * Must have a valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license in Ohio * Must be able to maintain credentials and licensure with all major insurance companies and licensing boards with the assistance of CHCGD credentialing staff. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods of time * Ability to sit for extended periods of time * Ability to type/keyboard proficiently to accomplish demands of position * Ability to travel between locations independently as needed
