Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration is required.
Minimum three (3) years of hands-on Quality Supplier experience is required.
Experience in industrial manufacturing companies preferred.
Experience working with manufacturing Bill of Materials, drawings, welding and paint specifications, and customer requirements is a preferred.
Procurement certifications Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) preferred.
Experience working with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus.
Working Conditions
Must be able to traverse across San Marcos, TX different buildings by walking.
Regularly stand/walk/seat for periods of time across the office/manufacturing facility and suppliers' locations.
Willing, available and able to frequent travel between San Marcos Campus, suppliers, vendors of Thermon nationally and internationally when needed.
