Main purpose of the Quality Assurance Training Lead role: The Quality Assurance Training Lead is responsible for developing, documenting, and communicating the processes that support and enhance Quality Assurance operations. The role: Responsible for performing inspections on incoming materials, in-progress processes, and finished goods per approved methods, procedures, and specifications. Inspectors interact with all levels of production management in assuring that finished goods meet required quality standards. This role will report to Quality Manager. Responsibilities: Work to provide a GMP compliance company . Oversee non-conformance and work with supervisor to ensure corrective actions are complete and followed. Actively works with production team to resolve identified nonconformities. Work as a team leader and communicate professionally. Assist with training new Quality Inspectors. Recommend and help implement strategies and actions to mitigate risk/ solve issues Issue NCMR's (Non-Conforming Materials Report) as required. Identify categories of non-conformance specific to print Review Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure up to date Create standard guidelines Ensure all employees adhere to GMP guidelines.
