Responsibilities
Development, testing, qualification of new production equipment to make precision cast components
Ownership over equipment and process selection, including throughput & cost modelling, technical assessments, and concept design
Working with production, finance, facilities, and leadership to coordinate standup of totally new processes from concept to high volume production.
Line support - debugging issues when equipment is down
Developing process - experimenting with different machine parameters to improve throughput, yield, capability, and reliability
Minimum Qualifications
5 years minimum of professional experience as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer, mechanical engineer, or similar
Has been responsible for the Design, Setup, and Commissioning of Complex manufacturing equipment in a production environment
Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering, or similar, or evidence of exceptional ability
Familiarity with common industrial hardware and controls - fittings, connectors, microcontrollers, motion control

Manages all plant units responsible for monitoring and ensuring plant products are safe and meet customer specifications and company quality and reliability standards. Develops and implements short-term and mid-term business plans for the department and assists in the development of the strategic plan for the plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties as assigned:
Responsible on managing and overseeing daily quality functions in the department
Lead the Quality team to troubleshoot nonconformance issues identified at the plant and conduct, respond, and summarize root cause analysis and corrective action. Responsible for trend analysis on food safety and quality related data that includes KPI, micro performance at the plant for environmental swabs, material and finished product.

Represent Quality department to attend regular meetings as required.
Liaison as a led contact to plant USDA Inspector to coordinate, handle and response of any regulatory issues/concerns/opportunities and inquiry.
Participate as a representative of Quality in plant trial and commercialization.

The QA/CX Site Manager is critical to ensure Rosendin is “Building Quality” and delivering it successfully to all our customers. Your role and responsibilities are to execute and manage the project quality and commissioning plan and team to ensure its success from the beginning to the end of the project.

Assist with the development of the project specific quality and commissioning plan.
