To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.     Full-time Description The QC Specialist is responsible for performing final quality inspections on all serviced vehicles to ensure they meet Bert Ogden Auto Group's safety and quality standards prior to customer delivery. This includes verifying proper torque of all lug nuts and confirming that the oil pan drain plug and oil filter housing are properly secured and free of leaks. The QC Specialist serves as the final checkpoint to guarantee that all vehicles are safe, compliant, and ready for release. Requirements Perform final quality inspections on all serviced vehicles before release. Verify all lug nuts are present, undamaged, and torqued to manufacturer specifications. Inspect oil pan drain plug and oil filter housing for proper installation and leaks. Use proper tools and PPE, ensuring torque wrenches and inspection equipment are calibrated.
