The Inspector will manage in depth analysis and documentation using vernier, dial and digital calipers, surface plates, micrometers and gages. The primary responsibility will be managing the inspections of diaphragms, veins, sand plates, nozzle casings, nozzle support rings and various other critical engine components. Candidates shall perform detailed inspections and complete job documentation using the following, but not limited to: Vernier, dial & digital calipers Surface plates Gage blocks & length standards Bore gages (all types) Tube, blade, groove and depth micrometers Thread plug gages, ring gages Height gages Radius gages Conduct Deburr Checks Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience with quality assurance, mechanical inspection or machining experience from a precision manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Possess experience or willing to learn Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations. Proficient Geometry and Trigonometry skills.
