Post-pour inspection of cast product Perform wet and hardened required testing on the materials used in the manufacturing of product. Prepares concrete specimens for testing. Regularly performs test for slump, temperature, unit weight, air content, and cylinder strength. Involved with tensioning of cable to record elongations and ensure cable is tensioned as designed. Perform cylinder strength tests to ensure they meet intended strength. Conduct aggregate gradations and sieve analysis. Compliance with safety policy and procedures. Maintains complete Quality Control documentation for inspections and testing performed. Identify and record quality issues and works with Production to resolve those issues.
