Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify systemic issues. Create or revise work instructions or procedures to support improvement actions. Technical writing ability and knowledge of document & configuration control. Prepare reports and summaries of corrective action status. Support internal and external audits by providing corrective action documentation and objective evidence. Recommend process improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
