Performs analyses and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property. Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance. Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports. Reviews production records for conformance to procedures. Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested product.

Basic Qualifications
-High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient enough to perform required basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly/test, computer operations, etc.
-Less than 1 Year of experience.
-Must be able to perform nonconformance processing and engineering drawing, manufacturing planning and test plan interpretation.
-Capable of initiating nonconformance documentation.
-Able to pass all skills cert training.
-Must be able to support a three shift operation including weekend and holiday overtime.
Desired skills
-Previous Quality Assurance experience in an aerospace environment or related experience in adjacent field.
-Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, coatings and bonding processes.
-Basic machined part understanding and application of GD&T processes.
-Understanding of SAP, VE-CAMS and AF.
-Basic knowledge in the use of laser inspection, FARO Arm type of equipment, and NDE process.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $34,300 - $60,375. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Summary

Job Functions

· Packaged product: ensure desired specifications for label adhesion and placement, correct crown color, date coding, fill heights, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, pH, microbiological plating, can seam inspections, and chemical analysis via Anton Paar Analysis System.
· Sensory analysis: taste product to ensure product consistently matches the desired flavor profile. Assist in conducting group sensory analysis program.
· Wort analysis: ensure consistency between brews by microbiological plating, chemical analysis, international bitterness units, and color.
· Fermentation analysis: Take daily samples from fermenting and aging brews to test for temperature, pH and gravities. When applicable prepare samples and test them using Gas Chromatography.
· Temperatures & Gravities: Take daily fermentation and again samples from BH tanks, conduct
· Bright beer: ensure consistency between brews by tasting, microbiological plating, chemical analysis, international bitterness units, pH and color.
· Adhere precisely to QA procedures and specifications. Notify QA Manager of product non-conformance and place product on hold until disposition can be determined.
· Maintain sanitation and calibrate laboratory instrumentation.
· Collect samples properly for laboratory testing and retention.
· Enter data into Excel files and Vicinity software databases accurately.
· Utilize excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by QA Manager.
· Comply with Employee Handbook policies and safety requirements.
· Correct safety hazards or notify Safety Manager when hazards or unsafe conditions are identified.
· Adhere to Brewery GMP practices and HACCP plan.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision.
· Keep work areas clean and organized by picking up scrap trash/debris and removing all waste from lab daily.

The Aircraft Quality ControlInspector is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications of 14 CFR Parts 43, 91 and 125 and other FAA and DOD regulations, OEM instructions and CBP directives as required and are airworthy before operation.
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Inspect the work of Aircraft Mechanics performing maintenance repairs and modifies aircraft structures, aircraft engines, electrical, avionics and aircraft sub-systems.
+ Apply technical knowledge and expertise in determining proper equipment installation and operation.
+ Apply comprehensive technical expertise to assist the maintenance department to solve complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals.
+ Make entries in aircraft logs and records and is responsible for providing guidance and technical expertise to lower-level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and/or maintenance efforts.
+ Perform the receiving, in-process, final quality, flight safety inspections and functional operational tests during organizational, intermediate and depot level maintenance, modification and repair of military tactical aircraft systems or associated components.
+ Approve or reject work accomplished by field team members to ensure compliance with customer specifications, standards, and technical data.
+ Review and approve locally developed procedures and solutions to complex repair situations.
+ Perform analysis of defects and interprets quality control rejection and failure trends.
+ Monitor safety, training, and certification requirements.
+ Using checklists, perform daily work site Safety Inspections and Foreign Object Damage Inspections.
+ Monitor tool control programs, inspects and maintains records to ensure that measuring and test equipment meets calibration requirements.

+ Coordinate with the Customer Quality Assurance Representative concerning quality matters, mandatory inspection points and final acceptance inspection of contract end items or services.
+ Inspect forms and records related to aircraft maintenance.
+ The inspector monitors' the maintenance departments program, such as but not limited to, engine oil consumption, logs and records processes, hydraulic contamination, NDI, electrical static discharge, employee certification programs, confined space entry, tool control, foreign object damage, material control receiving inspections, weight and balance, fall protection and safety programs.
+ The inspector assists in the development and maintenance of ground and flight operation standard operating procedures, quality plan and safety plans. Assists maintenance in briefing and debriefing functional check flights.
+ Possess knowledge of basic computer skills sufficient to use Government computer system to access various technical references for airframe repairs and Government training requirements.
+ Document maintenance as per Quality Assurance (QA) and established regulatory requirements.
+ Comply with work order timekeeping system procedures.
+ Maintain high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties.
+ Perform weekly Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walk-downs.
+ Maintain situational awareness, stay cognitive-focused, and mitigate risks.
+ Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/DOD documents and publications.
+ Immediately report missing, lost, found, or unattended tools to the supervisor. Maintain and control tools IAW tool control policy and instructions. Inventory and inspect tools on a regular basis to identify when to replace worn or broken tools and report the need for replacement tools to the supervisor.
+ Clean work area as necessary, assuring all hazardous materials are properly stored; Handle hazardous materials, expired materials and wastes in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Comply with safety rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work area. Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor.
+ Perform weekly break room and smoking area cleaning duties.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a CBP Background Investigation Suitability clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
+ Valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License required.
+ Valid FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) required.
+ Ability to obtain a government flight line driver's license.

Measures (gauge and temperature) products and performs all required field calculations per the API Standards, completes all required field documentation and submits reports to the Operations Department in a timely manner.
Performs specialized inspection services such as loss control, wall washings or confined space entry upon receiving required training.
Assists in the training of Probationary and Junior Inspectors.
