Quality Technicians work with the manufacturing Process Technicians and Operators to maintain quality standards by approving in-process production, conducting visual checks, and approving finished products, recording the quality results while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Good communication skills are a must. Daily must communicate with all shift quality inspectors, shift managers, quality managers, process techs, mold setters, operators, and plant manager.
