The Role & Department
Our Ballerup-based laboratory plays a key role in supporting Genmab's innovative portfolio by conducting release and stability testing in accordance with ICH guidelines. As a Technician at Genmab, you will not only take ownership of your daily tasks but also actively contribute to shaping the laboratory's culture and capabilities.
We are expanding our newly established QC Laboratory and are seeking a skilled technician to join the team. This position reports to the Associate Director and Team Lead of the Quality Control Laboratory.

Responsibilities
Perform release and stability testing as part of daily tasks.
Support daily laboratory tasks and provide assistance to fellow lab technicians and train them.
Author and review initial laboratory procedures.
Implement, qualify, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Validate analytical methods.
Collaborate and participate in cross-site training with the Analytical Development Group in Utrecht (NL) and the Analytical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Copenhagen.
Drive continuous improvement of laboratory capabilities, including workflow optimization and enhancements to IT systems.
Utilize and manage Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Requirements
You are a trained Lab Technician with at least 5 years of documented professional experience with analytical methods in a QC setting.
Practical experience conducting biochemical and physico-chemical analyses (e.g., HPLC, CE-SDS, ic IEF, or preferred ELISA).
Experience with the qualification of analytical instruments is desirable.
You are comfortable with IT systems that control analytical instruments, particularly LIMS.

Position Summary:
Ensures the quality of all processes, procedures, materials, processes rework and finished products. Provide organizational quality support by assisting with problem resolution on the shop floor which includes gathering information on any quality-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing resolution for non-conformities. Participate in manufacturing CIP meetings as the QA representative and in ongoing quality training of manufacturing and QA staff.
Maintain good housekeeping in lab, office and storage areas.
Maintain and keep organized all QA files and documentation for easy reference and ISO9001 documentation compliance.

QC Inspector - Third Shift

Our QC Inspector supports Mativ's Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions Function. This individual will perform inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications under the supervision of Quality Engineering. The shift schedule is 6pm-6am.
responsibilities:
* Performs all auditing and testing of in-process, and finished goods to include Retain, Coat Weight, Cure and any additional testing as required by the Product Requirement Sheet, (PRS) or Tech 11.
* Record and enter test results into the Scapa ERP System
* Perform all manufacturing audits prior to production and at required intervals.
* Maintain and organize product master files.
* Coordinate shop floor QC testing based on daily and weekly production schedule.
* Issue non-conformance report for any tested material that is out of specification.
* Perform visual inspections of materials being coated and slit/converted and immediately inform coating/converting operators of any defects.
* Interfaces with Quality Assurance and Production scheduling in the preparation and reviewing of slitting specifications.
* Evaluates product quality based on product specifications and makes appropriate usage decisions.
* Responsible for setting up test equipment.
* Maintaining inventory of QC lab MRO items
* Responsible for maintaining all related files and documents according to Good Documentation Practice, (GDP).
* Assists in training new QA Inspectors and manufacturing personnel.
* Participates as a team member in continuous improvement events.
* Maintain QC test equipment and calibration status.
* Assists quality engineers and quality technicians with gage R&R, and other validation activities.
* Follows safety rules and keeps the work area in a clean and orderly manner.
* Complies with company attendance policies.
* Issue Supplier Complaints in the ICS, (Internal Complaint System), for nonconforming raw material.

Required
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Q. A. or Q. C. manufacturing environment.

Full-time Description
The Quality Control Inspector, reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including measurements, recordkeeping, calibration, documentation, production support on an as needed basis and other urgent matters for the Quality Control Department.
Principal Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual first article and in-process/final inspection on raw material, parts, gages, and other equipment, accepting material/product or referring for quality review based on findings.
Prepare inspection reports; ensure material traceability.
Initiate Nonconformances (NCR) and Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs); facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
Use a variety of fixed and variable measuring instruments.
Monitor and coordinate Engineering Change Order (ECO) activity across the organization ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS); support QMS maintenance for compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with electronic document control workflows in QCBD or similar document control tool. Ensure documents are being filed and organized. Support audits in the role as a “Runner”, extracting documents, review them to ensure regulatory compliance and correctness, and present to the Lead Auditor for presentation.
Coordinate QA/QC tasks with cross functional teams across the organization: support production and product development teams; review Device History Records (DHRs) for completeness and accuracy; execute receiving procedures & support shipping activities.
