Reporting to the Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director, located at our Fayetteville, AR facility, you will ensure food safety and quality for all products produced in the facility. You will lead compliance with regulatory standards, maintain HACCP and SQF programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a technical resource and a key member of the plant leadership team, providing guidance to Operations, R&D, and Sales on quality and food safety matters.Your Impact
Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Drive compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including sanitation, hygiene, and waste disposal.
Develop and deliver comprehensive food safety and quality training programs for all employees.
Lead and mentor your team to build technical expertise and accountability for food safety and quality.
Manage timelines and milestones for Food Safety and Quality Improvement Plans, including complaint and incident reduction.
Interpret and communicate quality and food safety issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintain compliance with USDA, FDA, CFIA, and other regulatory requirements, acting as liaison with inspectors.
Oversee HACCP, SQF certification, recall programs, environmental monitoring, and pest control programs.
Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to embed food safety and quality ownership on the production floor.
Support new product introductions using MOPD and CQV tools.
Serve as FS&Q pillar owner for Conagra Performance System, leveraging continuous improvement tools to drive results.
Your Experience
B.S. degree in Biology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or food safety leadership.
Strong technical knowledge of HACCP, SSOP regulations, process control, and root cause analysis.
Skilled in interpreting scientific and technical data, regulatory requirements, and quality metrics.
Proficient in statistical analysis, process capability, and predictive quality processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging plant teams and senior leadership.
Proven leadership in developing teams and fostering a culture of food safety and quality.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Position Summary
The role of the Quality Manager reports to the Director of Value-Based Programs. This position is responsible for leading quality improvement activities throughout System. • Facilitates the development and review of Project-Specific Quality Plans, project-level policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with Flintco's Quality Management Program requirements and project-specific Contract documents.
• Supports and follows up to ensure that project teams are following their Project-Specific Quality Management Plan.
• Builds and maintains system templates for various scopes and installation activities conducted in the field, including Flintco standard preparatory, initial, and follow-up quality activities specified for various scopes of work.
• Manages and tracks collection of data for field-provided Quality KPIs and metrics.
• Prepares and reviews quality requirements for pre-bid meetings and solicitations.
• Reviews the ITP's submitted by the project team and Trade Partners prior to start work
• Controls, directs, and coordinates high-risk inspections with 3rd Parties and Trade Partners; provides buy-out support to the project team for procurement of testing agencies and consultants.
• Conducts site visits and inspections of work in place for critical assemblies and high-risk operations.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, focused on quality assurance and control oversight.
• Applied knowledge of the three-phased approach to Quality - preparatory, initial, and follow-up - as applied at the project level for construction execution.
• Working knowledge of design/construction work management systems, including Procore and Bluebeam.
• Currently maintain, or have the ability to obtain, IIBEC Registered Roof Observer, IIBEC Registered Roof Consultant, IIBEC Waterproofing Consultant, IIBEC Exterior Wall Observer, IIBEC Exterior Wall Consultant, IIBEC Building Enclosure Consultant, and/or USACOE Construction Quality Management - Contractor (CQM-C) certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive execution of quality initiatives and corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) across the assigned manufacturing value streams to achieve strategic quality improvement objectives (E.g. Costumer Incident Rate, PPM, Cost of Poor Quality, Inter-Company Incident Rate, Supplier PPM, QMS Management Review KPI's, etc.)
Lead root cause investigation and resolution of costumer and supplier quality incidents in compliance with industry best practice “closed loop” methodologies (E.g. 8D, 5-Why, fishbone Diagrams, A3, PDCA) and Gates Quality Management System requirements. Coordinate containment activities to ensure proper segregation of nonconforming product from un-intended use.

Work with new product development teams and site peers in utilizing APQP based management systems to achieve Gates objectives in sales growth and product vitality, while eliminating or reducing risk of defect escape.
Complete internal quality system audits as assigned within the plant Internal QMS audit program. Complete process audits and corrective actions as part of the plant Layered Process Audit (LPA) program.
Support the development of Gates supplier quality through supplier assessment, nonconformance correction, incoming inspection development, and/or supplier development project execution.
Support the plant in establishing statistical process controls on critical to quality characteristics. And as an authority on establishment of statistically representative sample plans within quality control inspections.
Coordination of PPAP submissions as necessary for part qualification with customers, or as part of incoming part qualification. Serve as an authority on PPAP as necessary within the quality team. Or in coordination of Material Test Reports (MTR's) for customers requiring these COC's.
Updating quality assurance Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for assigned areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required (technical discipline preferred - Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, etc.)
2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance preferred
