BNATCS is responsible for the full lifecycle management, modernization, and deployment of advanced ATC voice and data systems-including VoIP-based voice switches, networked communication architectures, and associated recording and control capabilities-to ensure operational reliability, scalability, and safety. **Position Overview** This role will support the FAA BNATCS Program in advancing ATC voice and data communications. The selected engineer will provide **domain and technical expertise** in **ATC voice systems, VoIP voice switches, and data/voice networking** , with specific emphasis on **CIP and RTP protocol integration** .
