The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh fish and seafood products by de-scaling, gutting, boning, filleting, and cutting to specified portions. Role and Responsibilities Clean, gut, scale, and debone various types of fish. Cut fish into appropriate portions according to company or customer specifications. Ensure the highest level of product quality and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and surrounding areas, including equipment, storage, and prep spaces. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times. Assist with inventory, receiving, and storage of seafood products as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
