Ensures documentation and filing compliance with all required forms in accordance with the agency, state licensing, and ORR. Effectively trains staff members on documentation compliance in accordance with agency, state licensing expectations, and ORR, as needed. Reconciles and addresses all billing errors to ensure accurate billing with no profit loss. Maintains accurate, up-to-date information on foster children in care while meeting DHHS, ORR, and internal documentation and reporting requirements. Stays abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to social services. Periodically travels to health care provider facilities to build positive working relationships and transport clients. Provides supervision of youth in care. Creates client intake case files with necessary intake documents and ensure that youth are properly enrolled in UC Portal platform. Assists with compiling electronic and physical files for ORR or State Licensing representatives, upon request. Assists with filing, closing, and with overall daily maintenance of records found in either the physical case file and on UAC Portal. Facilitates incoming calls to youth with appropriate family members and other approved caregivers and ensure the provision of weekly telephonic contacts with family of origin, primary caregiver, and/or sponsor. Required Qualifications * Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania * Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in long-term care or senior living * Demonstrate experience in staff education, training, or clinical leadership * Working knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations, CMS requirements, and long-term care standards of practice Preferred Qualifications * Certification in Nursing Professional Development, Staff Development, or Clinical Education * Experience coordinating or teaching Nurse Aide Training programs in Pennsylvania * Experience leading skills fairs, competency-based education programs, or survey preparation activities * Experience serving as an EHR trainer, super-user, or clinical documentation auditor * Knowledge of adult learning principles and dementia-specific education.
