Purpose of Role As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of employee benefit programs. This includes managing inquiries, processing enrollments and changes, and serving as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal teams. The role ensures accuracy and integrity of benefits and payroll data, assists with audits and year-end processes, and plays an integral part in Open Enrollment.
