Design and launch manufacturing equipment for new products being mass-produced for the first time

Contribute to Tesla's hardware and software standards for future equipment development
Lead machine suppliers to successful project delivery. Collaborate on high-level machine and line designs decisions, lead supplier design reviews and factory acceptance testing, and coordinate across multiple internal teams to land a successful production line at any Tesla facility.
What You'll Bring

About the Role:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the production lifecycle by developing standards, conducting analysis, and driving improvement initiatives. This role involves creating quality documentation, training quality personnel, and leading problem-solving efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and update quality standards, inspection plans, and quality control documents for various production processes.

Compensation and Benefits
