Relevant background in an applicable advanced manufacturing industry of similar customer and regulatory requirements considered in lieu of. Able to process and analyze data quickly both in and out of SAP/Siemens, identifying areas for correction or reconciliation before and during customer acceptance reviews. Must have a strong understanding of quality functions, manufacturing requirements and non-conformance package generation. In-depth knowledge of composite manufacturing processes: layup, curing, machining, bonding, and assembly. Configured product understanding Strong understanding of aerospace standards such as ISO9000, AS/EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL Familiarity of quality management software; experience in MS Office and data analytics skills Familiarity of RCCA/CAPA methods (5-why,8D, Fishbone diagrams). Proficiency to risk analysis concepts (PFMEA) quality planning and process control plans.
