Client's People Analytics Research team helps senior leaders understand the employee experience, and connect that understanding to meaningful action. This close-knit, highly productive team is looking for research management support for our upcoming employee engagement surveys.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with employee surveys in medium-to-large sized organizations, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This individual should have strong analytical, survey operations, and project management skills to handle a variety of survey program activities.
Years of Experience
3-5+ years relevant experience with employee surveys or HR analytics, ideally with a focus on employee engagement.
Duties
Work with our team to deliver Client's employee engagement surveys, and generate insights that directly influence the employee experience.
Support survey operations, including managing survey invitations and reporting access, as well as quality control and testing of online survey and reporting portal.
Provide user help to People Business Partners, employees, and other teams through various support channels (e.g., Slack, email, case management).
Partner with Senior Research Managers to analyze survey results (both scaled items and open text) to identify insights related to employee sentiment.
Contribute to the development of new survey methodologies and research initiatives.
Create reporting materials using Keynote, Pages, and other tools to share with leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
Review reports to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Skills
Experience supporting employee surveys end-to-end - working with cross-functional teams and vendors to manage survey fielding, as well as analyzing results (e.g., descriptive and inferential statistics, correlation, qualitative analysis) to identify key trends and actionable insights, and creating reports to a wide audience of leaders and key stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks.
Strong data visualization skills (creating charts, tables, and slides).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
Understanding of data privacy principles in survey research.

Researchers have great independence to pursue the research directions they think would be most impactful as part of a small focused team with minimal bureaucracy. They are enabled by state-of-the-art research clusters with very high GPU-to-researcher ratios, and supported by excellent engineering, hardware, and systems teams to realize their vision. Your work will be directly, clearly, highly impactful on the business, and it will be challenging: this is a field with no easy or obvious solutions. You'll be responsible for improving every part of our models: from featurization of data, to architecture design, to training dynamics, to how trading decisions are made.
Qualifications
Must have two or more years work experience in deep learning research, for any domain: robotics, biology, chemistry, physics, audio, video, etc.
Experience translating methods between areas of application is highly valued.
LLM experience is valuable, but not necessary.

The Program is specifically designed for physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are interested in a life-long career in emergency medicine with training sites in the Puget Sound through Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians (TECP), a subsidiary of WECP.
Program Objectives
To provide exceptional training and experience for APP professionals to have a successful career in any emergency department setting.
To prepare candidates well for recognized emergency medicine APP examinations (NCCPA-CAQ for physician assistants, AANPCB Boards for nurse practitioners)
Curriculum
Fifteen (15) months program duration with over 3000 hours of post graduate training
Close to 2400 hours of clinical training
Over 300 hours of didactics to include over an introductory bootcamp followed my weekly activities that include conferences, meetings, case presentations, ultrasound training, procedure lab or simulation.
Over 400 hours of independent study to include case review & presentation preparation, assigned CME and readings, and scholarly research project.
Expected commitment of 50 hours per week of the above activities

Talus Bio is looking for a Research Associate II (RA II) to join our Biology / Drug Discovery team full-time in our Seattle office (this is an in-person role). This person will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to work in a small preclinical biotech environment.
The person in this role will play a key role in supporting our drug discovery programs targeting transcription factors implicated in cancer, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of scientists to design, execute, and analyze experiments, providing critical data to advance our lead compounds through preclinical stages. Conduct laboratory experiments to support the discovery and characterization of small molecules targeting transcription factors in cancer.
Perform cell-based assays (e.g., cell viability, apoptosis, and reporter assays) to evaluate compound efficacy and mechanistic effects on transcription factors.
Utilize molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, RT-qPCR, CRISPR, RNAi) to analyze gene expression and validate targets

About this Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Research Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting and supporting laboratory research, including peptide synthesis, characterization (spectroscopy, biophysical, etc.), formulation activities, bioanalytical (pharmacokinetics) experiments, and stability studies, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our research and development efforts, and you will have opportunities to work both independently and collaboratively within our innovative team.
What Youll Do:
Characterize peptides by UHPLC, mass spectrometry, circular dichroism, etc.
Engage in chemical synthesis and peptide modifications to meet research and development objectives.
Operate both manual and automated solid-phase peptide synthesis systems.
Conduct (prep- and semi-prep) HPLC purification of peptides.
Support novel Drug Product formulation development
Support bioanalytical experiments and stability studies
Troubleshoot and maintain instrumentation to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Maintain rigorous quality of experimental details outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Document research findings meticulously in lab books and records.
Work both independently and collaboratively within an innovative team to achieve project goals.
Prioritize and organize workflow to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment.
Analyze and interpret data and generate reports
Regularly communicate results, in written form and oral presentations, to the rest of the team and occasionally to senior management and in All-Company meetings.

Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field.
Experience in instrumental analysis using HPLC, UHPLC, and LC-MS.
Ability to conduct quantitative analysis and apply quality control criteria effectively.
Meticulous record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and responsiveness to quick changes in tasks/priorities.

2+ years of post-graduate experience in a relevant field, with previous biotech experience being a plus.
