Receiver Department: Culinary Services The Receiver / Mail Clerk is a member of the Culinary Services team. Accept and stock daily food and beverage products, and non-food products. Maintain (stock, rotate stock, and clean) the general storeroom, walk-in coolers, and main kitchen freezer in accordance with general stocking practices and serve safe requirements, to ensure wholesome, quality food and beverage. Issue reqs, and deliver food, beverage, and non-food products to departments in accordance to the requisition policies and procedures. Assist the supervisor in purchasing all food and beverage related inventories. Working directly with the Supervisor of Purchasing and the Receiving Supervisor of Central stores, pick up and deliver packages and mail across Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) communities.
