Lee Rivas joined Cloudmed as the Chief Executive Officer, offering over 20 years of leadership experience in technology and healthcare. Prior to joining Cloudmed, Lee served as a senior leader at RELX, a global provider of information analytics solutions and most recently served as CEO of the healthcare division. Lee was instrumental in building the healthcare technology business for LexisNexis Risk Solutions which combined consumer, provider, and health plan data to deliver analytic insight to customers.

Prior to RELX, Lee was an engagement manager with McKinsey and Company. Lee began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army where he held several leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad. Lee is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Frank Forte is the Chief Commercial Officer for Cloudmed, offering over 20 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. His strategic vision has resulted in rapid growth and market leading positioning. At Cloudmed, Frank is responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy.

Before joining Cloudmed, Frank was Chief Business Development Officer at TVR Communications, the KLAS category leader for interactive patient systems. Prior to TVR, Frank held executive roles in business development, operations, and strategy for various divisions of Emerson Electric Corporation. Frank graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chris Jones is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Revint Solutions.

Jennifer Williams is the Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years of progressive financial leadership across various data analytics and technology businesses. Most recently, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate functions for Change Healthcare. During her tenure, she led the financial integration of the Change Healthcare and McKesson joint venture and the subsequent Initial Public Offering of the company.

Prior to Change Healthcare, she was the corporate controller and global finance leader at First Advantage. In addition, she held various leadership positions at ChoicePoint and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and began her career with Ernst & Young. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Accountancy degree from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
