Set and execute annual quality goals and objectives aligned with overarching company strategy. Establish and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 certifications, and ensure ongoing conformity to these standards. Provide companywide training and education related to the quality management system, including quality protocols and procedures. Lead the resolution process for customer complaints, warranty issues, product returns, and internal quality corrections. Collaborate with all departments to document, update, and improve processes and procedures as needed. Drive the creation, execution, and reporting of quality improvement plans with a focus on reducing product costs.     Key Responsibilities: + Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and prioritize collection efforts. + Contact clients or customers via phone, email, and mail to secure payment and resolve billing issues. + Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements within company guidelines. + Research and resolve account discrepancies, collaborating with internal departments as needed. + Document all collection activities and maintain detailed client account notes. + Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management regarding collections status and delinquent accounts. + Recommend accounts for further action (e.g., escalation, legal proceedings) when necessary. + Support month-end closing processes by reporting on delinquent accounts and projected cash receipts. + Maintain knowledge of company policies, collection best practices, and relevant regulations. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. + Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role. + Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. + Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
