Role Overview
The Construction Superintendent / Project Manager will oversee construction activities, building maintenance initiatives, capital improvements, and contractor coordination across a diverse property portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Solicit bids, implement, and negotiate annual maintenance and construction contracts
Read and interpret construction blueprints and project plans
Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
Coordinate with contractors on ongoing maintenance, repair work, and construction projects
Prepare repair lists and recommend capital upgrades or long-term improvements

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and wealth advisors with trust and estate planning, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Manage client communications, fostering positive relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Handle e-filing and court filings for trust and estate matters with precision.
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for attorneys and advisors.
- Support civil litigation processes related to estate planning when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless management of complex trust arrangements.
- Uphold the organization's values of faith, service, and client care in all interactions.
- Provide administrative support within the office as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

We are looking for a candidate who can identify and monitor overdue payments, report collection activity, arrange debt payoffs, and resolve billing and customer credit issues. This Credit Specialist will also process payments and refunds, update account records, and provide assistance where collection efforts are needed.
Primary Duties
- Create and maintain credit history records
- Assist with administrative activities
- Document daily collection activity
- Assist with ACH transactions
- Complete collection effort calls
- Daily Cash Applications
- Access and analyze credit worthiness
- Identify delinquent accounts
- Perform payment reconciliations
- Assist customer service department
- Prepare monthly customer statements
- Develop and schedule payment plans
Requirements
The ideal Credit Specialist will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Credit Specialist role include and are not limited to:
- 2+ years AR, Cash Apps & Collections experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of billing and collections
- Excellent negotiation skills
