**What You'll Do**
As the Sterile Processing Lead / Coordinator, you will:
**Lead Daily Sterile Processing Operations**
+ Oversee technician performance in safety, quality, adherence to IFUs, regulatory compliance, and attendance.
+ Coordinate workflow across decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and packaging areas.
+ Ensure proper equipment start-up, biological/chemical indicator readiness, documentation, and shift handoff practices.

**Monitor & Report Performance**
+ Track daily reprocessing metrics, including turn-around times, device availability, quality events, and equipment reliability.

+ Ensure complete and accurate sterile processing documentation, including load records, device tracking logs, and electronic quality systems.
**Coach & Develop Teams**
+ Mentor and cross-train team members across all sterile processing functions.
+ Support ongoing competency assessments and certification pathways (CRCST, CCSV, CIS, CER, etc.).
+ Promote a culture of accountability, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional growth.
**Drive Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement**
+ Provide first-line technical support to resolve reprocessing or device functionality issues.
+ Participate in quality investigations, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
+ Review and disposition nonconforming instruments or devices in partnership with Quality.
