o Assist in deck creation for various meetings and events that maintain the highest standards and adhere to communication principles and templates.
o Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up and accountability as required.
o Plan, organize, and execute events as needed. Coordinate logistics, including invitations, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Project Support:
o Provide support for special cross functional projects, including benchmarking research, data analysis, and summary preparation.
o Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

o Act as a mentor to less experienced team members and contribute to evolving processes and best practices within the organization.
o Document all processes and continue to update as they are improved.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data industry, is seeking a Data Annotator to join their team. As a Data Annotator, you will be part of the Data Quality Team supporting data labeling and annotation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Receiving assignments and instructions from your supervisor, following drawings, Bill of Materials, and established manufacturing procedures.
- Assembling material and components at the workplace, including loading cylinders and winding coils according to specifications.
- Verifying the accuracy of windings using an in-process checklist and assisting others with their windings as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage order fulfillment of exception-based orders coming from the field sales teams including close connection with Courier Service, receiving parties and internal clients
+ Proactively solve backorders from our central Distribution Center in partnership with the field sales team to determine which ones need to be fulfilled by the Field Sales Location
+ Manage warehouse inventory via close coordination with our central DC
+ Perform in bound product verification and put away process for inventory products including, but not limited to the following: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers in SAP, etc.
+ Train and follow standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions
+ Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
+ Assists in regular inventory inspections and performs safety and quality audits
+ Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations
+ Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
+ Implement schedule / policies / and group guidelines
+ Lead projects as required
+ Flexible to other tasks as priorities shift
+ Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices)
**Qualifications:**
**Education:**
+ Minimum High School and/or equivalent degree
+ Bachelor's Degree (a plus, but not required)
**Experience and Skills:**

+ 2-4 years of relevant work experience
+ Inventory / Warehouse Management Software experience
+ Experience preferred within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service
