About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Payroll Specialist with ADP experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide exceptional support to employees. This is a key position on our HR/Finance team, and we're looking for someone who is both technically strong and service-minded.
Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now (or ADP Run, ADP Vantage-customize as needed).
Review and audit payroll reports for accuracy, including timecards, deductions, and adjustments.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll items.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and guidelines.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with HR and Finance on year-end activities, including W-2s and audits.
Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a flexible approach to work which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Distribution Associate - All Shifts
**Location:** Ridgefield, WA
**Pay Range:** $19 an hour with $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2pm
**Shift:** Day Shift: 4:30 am start, Swing Shift: 2:30 pm start, Night Shift: Sun - Thurs schedule
**What's the Job?**
+ Pick and collect items from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
+ Ensure accuracy and quality of items collected before packaging or staging.
+ Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners).
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy and items picked per hour.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
+ Willingness to work any of the available shifts.
