Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive analytical projects to identify opportunities and address challenges within the user journey. - Serve as a strategic partner to product leaders by providing data-based recommendations to shape roadmaps and prioritize initiatives. - Utilize advanced statistical methods, including regression analysis, Bayesian inference, and clustering, to derive actionable insights. - Design and execute experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods, to measure and enhance product performance. - Develop predictive models to anticipate user behavior and assess long-term impacts on business outcomes. - Create and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor product KPIs and communicate findings effectively using visualization tools. - Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. - Mentor less experienced team members, fostering their skills in analytics, communication, and stakeholder engagement. - Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytical solutions. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or behavioral analytics with a proven track record of impacting digital product development. - Advanced skills in Python (libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and experience with Snowflake or similar platforms. - Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries and managing database objects. - Expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and causal inference methodologies. - Strong communication abilities, with experience presenting data-driven insights to leadership teams. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science; Master's degree preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead analytical projects and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Experience mentoring early-career analysts and fostering their growth in a detail-oriented manner.
