Key Responsibilities + Lead the design and maintenance of marketing collateral, web content, and layouts that align with brand standards. + Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. + Provide creative direction and guidance to stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative design solutions. + Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and support organizational objectives. Requirements Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent practical experience. + 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, or related roles. + Advanced proficiency in design, web, and multimedia software, including but not limited to: + Adobe Digital Publishing Suite + InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD + HTML and Adobe Experience Manager + Microsoft Excel and Word + Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, and illustration. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to build effective working relationships. -Preferred Skills + Experience leading design projects in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to make sound judgments based on best practices and prior experience.
