There are 5 different executive board positions for you to choose from. The Mayor will run the meetings and is the main voice for the YCC. The Mayor will also be in charge of the agenda, and helping the council run smoothly. The Mayor pro tempore will work alongside the Mayor, helping where needed. The Mayor pro tempore is also in charge of the budget. The Historian is in charge of documenting all meetings and activities, along with keeping everyone aware of planned upcoming activities. Historian will also be responsible for keeping track of attendance at all meetings and activities. Service committee chair and Activities committee chair, will be responsible for taking the lead when planning projects. Working in the Med Surg Department in the Hospital. Assists with direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or other medical professionals. Help patients ambulate, exercise, and move in and out of bed. Position, feed, bathe, dress, and assist patients with grooming and other tasks. Obtain vital signs and intake and output. Will also function as the unit clerk. The unit clerk supports the charge nurse in the daily secretarial functions of the Medical-Surgical unit. The duties of the unit clerk include but are not limited to placing orders for supplies and dietary items, answering phones, monitoring the telemetry board, preparing charts, and monitoring the nurse call system. Job Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. Current Utah CNA certification. The current BLS certificate will be obtained within two months of hire. This is for a full-time night position.
