Responsible for ensuring the accounting transactions required to adequately report and manage receivable and specific revenue accounts are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Input data accurately into the AS400 system for record-keeping. Ensure strict adherence to accounts receivable processes to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Proactively monitor the payment status of all completed jobs to ensure timely payments and accurate financial tracking. Complete reports and update the General Manager on status of AR's. Contact customers with delinquent accounts to ensure they have received their invoice and communicate terms of payment. Requirements Demonstrated prior experience in accounts receivable accounting is highly preferred for this role. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of various common software programs. Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail & follow-up skills. The average wage range for an experienced Hydro Jetting Technician is $75,000 to $95,000. Service technicians are paid an hourly rate of $17.00 to $24.00 during training. After training, they are paid an hourly rate at or above the minimum wage for all hours worked. The hourly pay rate may vary, depending on whether the pay is for base pay paid at the employee's base hourly rate (minimum wage), or administrative pay for administrative hours worked (between minimum wage and $77.92) . Service technicians also have the potential to earn commissions at the rate of 16-22% of revenue depending on the revenue category. Commissions ranging from $10 to $139 can also be earned for selling products and treatments. Responsibilities In this role, you will service our current customers to resolve their most challenging drain cleaning and preventive maintenance issues by utilizing high pressure water jetting equipment. Tasks include line locating, providing repair estimates, and performing the service. In addition, you will help build our commercial customer base by visiting target customers to offer preventative maintenance agreements.
