Responsibilities
All Roto-Rooter Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for the following while the individual department breakdown responsibilities will be different.
* Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
* Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
* Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Excavation Sales Responsibilities:
* The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial customers.
* The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities:
* The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
* The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will service our current customers to resolve their most challenging drain cleaning and preventive maintenance issues by utilizing high pressure water jetting equipment. Tasks include line locating, providing repair estimates, and performing the service. In addition, you will help build our commercial customer base by visiting target customers to offer preventative maintenance agreements.
* Moves levers and press pedals to drive truck and control movement and operation of water jetting system.
* Documents and computes weekly receipts, invoices, and expenses with the branch accounting personnel.

Requirements
* For branches using a pull-behind jet machine, a DOT license will be required.

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Engineer will provide customer sales and support for Commercial contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for working collaboratively with the commercial sales team as a technical advisor and product advocate. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, pricing, and quoting technical and financial solutions that position CE as a viable solution for the customer and marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to Business Opportunities: Respond to new business opportunities based on sales leads from Account or Sales Managers and generate quotes for commercial sales with assigned accounts.
Support Sales Team: Assist Account Managers and Sales Managers with new and existing accounts, and introduce new products to Engineers and Mechanical Contractors.
Complete Bids and Submittals: Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plan reviews and specifications in support of commercial sales.
Follow-Up: Follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals to finalize the sale.
Customer Interaction: Engage extensively with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team via phone and email.
Training: Assist with training for our Commercial dealers as needed.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues in alignment with the company's mission, values, and financial objectives.
Identify Sales Opportunities: Identify and communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to drive future growth.
Travel: Travel as needed with the Sales Team to support presentations and trade show activities.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $96,750- $135,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Responsibilities
Roto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians utilize their skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
A plumbing service call commences with diagnosing issues and offering cost estimates to finalize the transaction.
Make the necessary repairs for the customer.
Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone.
Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
Requirements
A valid driver's license.
Excellent communications skills.
A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.

Roto-Rooter Services Company has an exciting opening for a water-jetting expert to service commercial and residential customers located out of our Tampa branch. This is a full-time position with an average commission-based yearly earnings between $65,000-$75,000.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will service our current customers to resolve their most challenging drain cleaning and preventive maintenance issues by utilizing high pressure water jetting equipment. Tasks include line locating, providing repair estimates, and performing the service. In addition, you will help build our commercial customer base by visiting target customers to offer preventative maintenance agreements.
Moves levers and press pedals to drive truck and control movement and operation of water jetting system.
Documents and computes weekly receipts, invoices, and expenses with the branch accounting personnel.
Maintains truck by recharging batteries, filling fuel tank and cleaning vehicle parts and equipment.
Requirements
For branches using a pull-behind jet machine, a DOT license will be required.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Individuals must be able to speak and write in English.
Valid driver's license.
If you have great people skills, proven sales experience, mechanically inclined, and are a proven problem solver, we want to talk to you! The Jet Truck Operator position also requires grasping, pushing, and pulling of hose, squatting, bending, and twisting to safely and effectively water jetting system. Manual dexterity to use basic tools such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer are so required.
