You will provide leadership, direction and training to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for our associates, while ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, to minimize current and future risk / liability. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and drive programs/initiatives that foster a safety-first culture within the facility. Champion injury prevention through risk assessment, auditing (equipment, process, behavior), corrective action, and rigorous implementation of safety programs. Provide incident and injury investigation, incident reporting management, and oversight for the facility.
