All levels are welcome:
Field Technician / Junior IH - If you have some experience doing IH work (asbestos, mold, lead, radon), report-writing, inspections, sampling, you'll be a strong fit. Certifications are good but not required.
Certified / Specialist IH - Someone with certifications (CIH, AHERA, LAC, etc.), strong in proposals, oversight of abatement/clearance, quality assurance, lab interfacing, maybe some business dev.
Senior / BD-Focused IH - 8-12+ years of IH experience, leadership, managing staff, developing proposals, maintaining client relationships, growing the practice.
What You'll Do / What's Expected
Conduct or supervise field investigations: asbestos, lead paint, mold, radon; inspections, abatement monitoring/clearance reports.

Some roles require oversight of multiple projects or business development (latter mainly for senior level).
Be adaptable: field work is required, possibly travel in region, lifting, PPE use, report-writing.
Requirements
Some years of IH / environmental experience (1-12 depending on level).
Certifications are pluses: CIH, AHERA, Lead / Mold / Radon credentials.

Valid driver's license.

What You'll Need to be Successful
Preferred - Board certified ASP, OHST, CSP, QEP, CIH or other recognized certification/diplomas AND Technical/Management expertise in the areas of Human Operation Performance (HOP), Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Machine Guarding, Behavior Based Safety (BBS), ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EHS related systems are preferred.
Five years working experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment. Experience in conducting incident investigation, hazard analysis/assessments, and problem solving.
Good working knowledge of regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA fire codes, ANSI standards, etc.). Strong orientation toward data and financial analysis. Familiar with Lean and Quality Management techniques and systems
