Position Overview The Company's Montecito boutique opened in October 2025. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years' proven track record in high-/ ultra-luxury sales; specific experience in high jewelry sales is a plus. • Must have an excellent understanding of the luxury client experience, with demonstrated success acquiring and retaining customers. • Strongly entrepreneurial and self-sufficient - capable of identifying opportunities, triaging based on business goals, communicating effectively, and executing with minimal oversight. • Capacity to manage diverse projects and people simultaneously. • Specific experience with the luxury market in the Southern California is required. • Comfort with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
