Essential Duties User Management and Training Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Provide onboarding and ongoing training to staff on Salesforce functionality. Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting. System Configuration, Maintenance and Enhancements Maintain and customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
