The Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be a technical and functional expert driving optimization across DAT's Salesforce ecosystem - including Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and connected business systems. Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly motivated mid-market NetSuite ERP Integration developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing add-on's with NetSuite's ERP system.
• We seek a candidate with demonstrable, proven expertise in developing and delivering add-on's into these ERP systems, working with 3rd party development partners, as well as engaging with the software vendors directly in support, certification, and delivering of the solutions. Superior communication and collaborative skills. You will join a highly motivated team dedicated in growing our Indirect Tax business by building market leading solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software, or integrates software applications and modules in accordance with agreed upon specifications, created in partnership with others
• Creates and executes unit testing and integration testing ensuring software meets requirements.
• Contributes to the creation of design. May lead the design of less complex components.
• May provide technical support to operations or other development teams.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains all required technical documentation/ manual related to assigned software to ensure supportability and reuse.
• Assists in identification and implementation of short-term and long-term solution options, including risk assessments.
• Assists with improvements to prevent problems, including problem resolution workflow.
• Participates in remediation solutions.
• Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
• Provides work breakdown and estimates for small software development tasks.
• Provides timely status updates for areas of individual responsibilities within projects to supervisor
• Actively participates in team and status meetings.
• Demonstrates software as requested
• Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to team/company standards and software best practice guidelines, and corporate policies.

Qualifications
• Applicants must have experience of working within the NetSuite ERP environment for four to five years at least, and a good knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system for the financial modules.
• Experience of working within the NetSuite development environment
• Proficient in NetSuite Scripting for the NetSuite ERP Platform
• 2-5 years NetSuite SuiteScript Development experience
• Strong experience in SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript and SuiteScript API, SuiteBundler, SuiteFlow and SuiteTalk
• Understanding of the NetSuite SAFE practices
• Preferred to have experience with NetSuite Plug-in model for customization.
• Designing applications and familiar with design patterns
• Good analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Quick to adapt to new technologies/fix existing solutions
• Ability to deliver high quality work on time in a high-energy, high-stress environment
• Ability to collaborate and brainstorm with other developers in a dynamic team environment
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
