Qualified candidate will be able to achieve budgeted Fair Counts, net revenue and overall sales program goals in assigned territory through effective execution of the sales and servicing methods of the company. Summary: Flex Fair Consultant is responsible for maximizing Book Fair penetration by effectively prospecting new schools and by building strong customer relationships to maintain Fair rebooking rates. Sharp planning skills will minimize cancellations and optimize event schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximized profits. Ultimately, you'll be a passionate advocate for reading, igniting a love for books within every school you serve. This role does not have an assigned area but will support the territory pod as a whole until an opening becomes available.
